Refund Policy

This policy describes when Copynex AlgoMod licences can be refunded. All licences are digital products.
Digital delivery
Licences and activation details are delivered electronically after payment review, usually within one business day.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your licence has not been activated. Once a licence has been issued or activated, or code has been exported, the purchase is non-refundable.
Duplicates and billing errors
Duplicate charges or clear billing errors are refunded in full after verification.
Renewals and cancellations
Licences are billed once per plan and period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Started service periods are not refunded pro rata.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your order number. We review requests within 5 business days and refund to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Disputes opened without prior contact may lead to suspension of your account while we review the case.
