Start with a complete brief
The AI agent works best when the brief includes the symbol, timeframe, entry condition, exit condition and risk rule. A vague request such as “make a profitable EA” produces a vague model.
Refine the generated model
Treat the first output as a draft. Open the visual builder and check each indicator, condition and module. Rename modules so the logic is readable when you revisit it later.
Test before you export
Run a cloud backtest on a representative date range and review the trade list, not just the equity curve. A strategy with a smooth curve and a handful of trades deserves more scrutiny.
A practical first build
- One symbol and one timeframe.
- One entry condition and one exit condition.
- Fixed stop loss and take profit.
- Fixed lot size with a maximum risk cap.
